Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN)Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one clinical care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric seizure management.Clinical Requirements & Responsibilities• Seizure Management: Monitoring and intervention for epilepsy; proven pediatric seizure experience is required.• G-Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube.• Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag.• Assessment: Continuous monitoring of respiratory and neurological status🕒 Shift Times• 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Monday• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM- Wednesday• 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM- Wednesday & Sunday• 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM- ThursdayResponsibilities• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)• Communicate with families and care teams• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered careSchedule & Pay• Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available• Day, night, and weekend shifts• Weekly pay + optional daily pay• Competitive pay based on experienceWhy Work at Centria?✅ 1:1 Patient Care
