Think of yourself as the connective tissue between Affirm, some of Britain's biggest retailers, and millions of consumers. Drive customer acquisition through merchant partnerships, Build awareness of Affirm among target customers via collaborative campaigns, Deliver mutual growth - for Affirm and our partners, Shape the UK marketing roadmap in lockstep with broader market goals, You'll own end-to-end partner marketing relationships with key UK merchants, building programmes that deliver measurable results while navigating the unique dynamics of the British retail landscape. Campaign Strategy & Execution• Design and deliver full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels — from go-to-market strategy through to monthly planning and optimisation• Identify campaign targets aligned with business goals: awareness, acquisition, engagement, and payments adoption across the entire customer journey• Partner with external media agencies, internal growth marketing, and brand teams to develop high-performing media plans and compelling creativePartnership Development• Build and nurture deep marketing relationships with merchant partners — be the trusted advisor they call first• Proactively spot opportunities to optimise performance and accelerate growth together• Partner with the Sales team on strategic RFPs, developing bespoke marketing plans that win new businessInsights & Optimisation• Deliver sharp analysis, insights, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders• Use data to tell the story — and to make the next campaign even better• Leverage retail industry knowledge and research to develop vertical-specific strategies that punch above their weightCross-functional Impact• Be the merchant advocate inside Affirm — champion partner needs, drive process efficiencies, and share learnings• Manage partner marketing budgets, co-marketing calendars, and compliance submissions with rigour and careWhat we look for• 7+ years in Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing in direct-to-consumer brands• A strategic marketing mindset - you see the big picture and sweat the details• Full-funnel planning expertise with a strong command of paid media strategy, planning, and measurement• A natural relationship builder and skilled negotiator who can influence stakeholders at every level• Strong analytical mind - you're fluent in marketing metrics, performance reporting, data-driven optimisation, and campaign measurement frameworks• Proven experience co-developing plans and launching integrated programmes with partners across multiple channels• A track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Creative, Consumer Product Marketing, and agency partners• Deep understanding of the British retail market and its unique dynamics - this is non-negotiable• Online retail marketing expertise - you know what works in e-commerce• Experience writing creative briefs, testing creative approaches, and iterating based on insights• Outstanding communication skills - clear, persuasive, and effective across teams and time zones• Self-motivated with a bias for action and a genuine desire to share knowledge with othersNice-to-haves that'll make us extra excited• Experience in home, consumer electronics, fashion, and/or travel verticals• Omnichannel retail expertise - bridging online and in-store• European markets experience - because our ambitions don't stop hereBase Pay Grade - LEquity Grade - 5Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidised medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc.
