We are seeking a Partner Manager, Growth to join our growing Partnerships team. In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of emerging solution partners while helping shape and scale the programs that support their growth. You will play a key role in driving joint customer success and accelerating partner-led opportunities.This role is based in Austin, San Francisco, or New York City, with a hybrid, 3-day per week in-office policy.What you will do:• Scale Partner Engagement: Build and execute a one-to-many partner management model across a large portfolio of ecosystem partners. Design scalable programs that activate partners, generate pipeline, and drive long-term success while maintaining strategic engagement with high-impact partners.• Develop & Execute Strategic Plans: Define and implement annual partner strategies with clear goals, timelines, and milestones. Align cross-functional teams to ensure the partnership is progressing efficiently and harmoniously.• Building Solutions & Sales Plays: Craft joint go-to-market motions that leverage market trends, product synergies, and whitespace opportunities within partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth.• Deeply Understand Partner Solutions & GTM Models: Maintain a strong grasp of partner business models, offerings, and strategic objectives to develop compelling joint value propositions and maximize mutual impact.• Foster Executive Relationships: Build and sustain trusted executive-level relationships between Vercel and its partners, acting as a strategic advisor and connector across organizations.• Enable Sales & Partner Teams: Lead internal enablement and external field engagement, ensuring that Vercel’s GTM teams and partner sellers clearly understand the value of joint solutions.• Drive Co-Marketing & Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing to execute impactful co-branded campaigns, events, and content that generate pipeline and strengthen market positioning.• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews: Manage internal and partner-facing QBRs to evaluate progress, report on KPIs, and provide data-driven insights around performance, gaps, and new opportunities.About you:• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development, preferably in the SaaS or developer tooling space.• Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.• High technical acumen; capable of speaking fluently with both business and technical stakeholders.• A proven relationship-builder with the ability to navigate complex organizations and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.• Strategic thinker who can connect vision to execution and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.• Skilled negotiator with experience owning end-to-end partner deal processes.• Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence.• Results-driven with a knack for uncovering opportunities and driving value for both Vercel and its partners.Bonus If You Have:• Experience with partner programs, marketplaces, or ecosystem enablement.• Exposure to AI/ML, devtools, cloud, or SaaS startups.• Relationships with agencies, accelerators, or VC-backed startup communities.Benefits:• Competitive compensation package, including equity.• Inclusive Healthcare Package.• Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.• Flexible Time Off.• We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $176,000.00 - $220,000.00 OTE**. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
