About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Personnel Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with employees, staying organized, and keeping HR processes running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:• Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications. Attend and host local job fairs.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed from Day 1.• Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, ensuring compliance with labor laws.Qualifications:• Previous experience in HR, personnel administration and job recruitment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality
• Must be detail orientedThe hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Schedule flexibility will be required, when needed. A full benefit package is available. Standard driver’s license required must pass a drug screening, background check, and ability to pass a Physical.
