• Backup & Recovery: Own backup operations, restore testing, and disaster-recovery readiness; ensure data protection, retention, and recoverability aligned with business continuity requirements.

• Audio-Video & Meeting Room Technology: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot AV and video-conferencing equipment (Teams Rooms, boardroom systems, displays, and townhall/event AV).

• Executive & End-User Support: Provide priority, white-glove support for executive end-user equipment, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals; act as an escalation point for complex end-user incidents.

• Compliance & Governance: Follow change-management (CAB), CSV/GxP change control, and IT general controls; support internal, external, and regulatory audits with evidence and documentation.

• Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, run-books, and knowledge-base articles; contribute to automation and shift-left initiatives.

Manages people: No (individual contributor; may mentor junior engineers and coordinate vendor/MSP resources). Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Skills

Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco network devices and core networking concepts (routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, VPN). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) and endpoint management via Microsoft Intune / MDM platforms. Solid server administration skills (Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization) with proven backup and recovery / disaster-recovery experience. Practical experience troubleshooting audio-video and video-conferencing equipment in meeting and executive spaces. Demonstrated ability to deliver calm, professional, executive-level end-user support under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (a must) able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical and senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-service orientation; self-directed and detail-oriented.
