About this role
NuCara Home Medicial is looking for a dependable, full-time Customer Service Representative for our Coralville, IA location.Responsibilities include in person customer service, as well as answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store, communication with healthcare professionals and insurance billing. Drug test and criminal background check required. This position does require the ability to participate in a telephone-based on-call rotation, with some evening and weekend hours requiredCompetitive pay rate commensurate with experience. If you are new to customer service, but have a clean driving record and criminal history, are positive and upbeat, and are looking for an opportunity to enter the growing healthcare field this is a position you should definitely consider.Candidates must be able to follow directions, be detail-oriented, and have basic competencies using a smartphone, iPad, and desktop computer.
