Collaborating with business leaders and HR COEs to drive talent solutions. You will use your HR expertise to consult and be a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategies. You will have 7+ years of HR experience.What You Will DoPerform Human Resources consulting to business unit leaders to identify, attract, obtain, develop and retain talent while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.Provide practical Human Resources solutions to client organization to solve challenges and develop customized solutions to address unique needs, as applicable.Serve as contact for client organization leadership and as liaison with Human Resources centers of excellence.Provide guidance, interpretation and other assistance to client organizations for Human Resources projects and programs in the areas of:• Performance management

• Workforce planning and prioritization

• Leadership development

• Compensation

• Talent management/succession planning

• Absence management

• Employee relations

• Employee engagement/recognition programs

• Ethics, compliance, EEO issues

• Human Resources-related programs and practices designed to support and drive business valueConsult with client organization leadership to define, deliver and monitor key Human Resources performance metrics to ensure needs are being met and service is being provided as expected.Provide input and consulting to generate and develop solutions for the talent management process.Provide guidance, direction and priorities to Human Resources functions that are aligned with the same client organization.Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned.What You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience Human Resources experience related to:• Talent acquisition/management

• Employee relations

• Compensation

• Workforce planning and analytics

• Workforce developmentDemonstrated ability to:• Partner with and learn business segment or client organization's business and priorities

• Manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results

• Analyze data and evaluate trends

• Influence, advise, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

• Conduct meetings as well as designing, developing and making presentations to groupsUnderstand and communicate company policies and procedures such as those regarding compensation, equal employment, affirmative action, harassment, benefit options, family and medical leaves, and other related human resources issues.Working knowledge of regulatory agencies and governmental laws, regulations, and guidelines relative to equal employment, labor relations, workers compensation, affirmative action, disability, and family and medical leave.Experience with advanced functions of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS system(s) and other electronic Human Resources support tools.Experience researching, analyzing, compiling, and preparing information and responses, recommendations, position papers, confidential and sensitive information, reports, and correspondence.Experience reading and interpreting company policies and procedures, governmental regulations, audit information and requests, documentation, interrogatories, compliance certificates, publications, and correspondence.Read and write fluently in English.Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) preferred.Minimum applicable driver's license.
