Full-timeDescriptionJoin the Team!Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming environment. Handle incoming calls, greet guests, and perform general administrative duties. Assist HR/OPS and other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and clerical tasks.What O'Connor Offers YOU:• Competitive hourly pay ($17–$18 per hour)

• 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match programDuties & Responsibilities:• Professionally administer all incoming calls and redirect as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly, joyful, hospitable manner.
• Open and close visitor area (e.g., blinds, lights) as well as maintain it in a clean and order manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Provide callers with company information (address, directions, fax numbers, website, etc.).
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; maintain and route publications.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Document and celebrate team member successes.
• Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
• Support HR/ERISA-related administrative tasks.Skills: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and accept direction on assignments.
• Office 365/Suite Experience RequiredEducation and Experience• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Physical Demands and Work Environment
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work environment noise level is minimal; exposure to weather conditions may occur.
