For over 20 years, we've served the greater Bay Area with a focus on clinical quality, strong systems, and a collaborative culture.We are hiring Occupational Therapists for both our San Francisco and Peninsula teams. You will be assigned to one dedicated territory — SF County or San Mateo County — so you can build familiarity with your patients and your area without being stretched across both.Why OTs Choose Health LinkDedicated Territory: Your caseload stays within a manageable radius in either SF or the Peninsula — no crossing bridges or unpredictable commutes. SF patients are spread across neighborhoods like the Sunset, Richmond, and Mission; Peninsula patients run from Daly City down through Redwood City.• SF Rideshare Support: If you take the SF territory, company-provided rideshare credits (Uber/Lyft) help cover travel to and from patient visits so you can focus on care, not logistics.• AI-Assisted Documentation: We use AI-assisted charting so you spend less time on notes and more time with patients.• Clinical Support: You are never alone. Our experienced case managers and clinical team are available in real-time to assist with complex situations or patient coordination.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience)• Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of base salary tied to quality metrics and clinical outcomes• Total Earning Potential: $156,250 – $187,500 per year• Health: Medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance• Retirement: 401(k) with employer matching• Perks: Paid time off, vehicle reimbursement options, and company-provided devices (iPad)Your Role• Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on ADLs, adaptive equipment, and functional independence• Develop, implement, and manage individualized plans of care based on physician orders• Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the Director of Nursing• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records using AI-supported documentation toolsRequirements• Current, active California Occupational Therapist license (required)• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience strongly preferred• Valid California driver's license• Strong organizational skills, clinical judgment, and a compassionate communication styleReady to Connect?**Our process is simple — a short intro call, then a conversation with our clinical team.
