Basic Job Functions:**The role of the Accounting Coordinator will be as follows:• Collect, record, and balance daily invoicing, cash, credit card, and check payments
• Process and apply customer payments, debits, and credits
• Research and solve payment discrepancies
• Submit various intercompany billing items
• Assist with monthly sales tax filings
• Assist and serve as a backup to the Credit Analyst
• Process and reconcile purchasing card activity
• Partner with other departments across org to perform analysis and evaluate financial results
• Assist with general ledger accounting
• Support other roles within the accounting department

Minimum Qualifications:**• Supervisor and/or manager recommendation
• High School Diploma
• Associate degree or 2 years of experience in Accounting (Accounts Payable, Receivable) or Finance**
Preferred Qualifications:**• 5 years of previous experience with accounting, finance, or business administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
• Experience in utilizing D365 software
