MISSIONProvide disciplined, reliable administrative support to PMS 339 in execution of Surface Navy training system programs. Ensure documentation, coordination, and information management that directly supports Fleet readiness and training modernization.Your work enables program managers to focus on delivering warfighting capability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES+ Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and agendas+ Input and maintain program data and tracking databases+ Maintain organized electronic filing systems+ Support documentation routing and version control+ Track action items and meeting notes+ Coordinate basic meeting logistics+ Ensure contractor personnel maintain access to:+ DoD/DoN systems+ Data repositories+ Required program platforms+ Provide daily administrative support to the PMS 339 Program Office+ Assist with training program documentation control+ Support lifecycle administrative tracking+ Maintain deliverable records and internal reporting files+ Support coordination of program reviews and training events+ Ensure documentation accuracy for audit and compliance readiness

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.Posted Salary RangeUSD $21.44
