Job DescriptionRole Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR professional to provide HR support to Talent & Culture team members at Universal Destinations & Experiences, while also supporting the broader HR community at NBCUniversal.The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will perform a broad range of HR coordination and administrative activities, including employee interaction, HR process support, reporting, and project coordination. This position will also partner closely with key business partners such as Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations to help address routine questions, support day-to-day processes, and ensure a positive employee experience. This role will provide administrative and coordination support for the team, including workflow forms, HR systems updates, reporting, and other HR initiatives.This role will report directly to the Director, Human Resources for Corporate HR, based in Orlando, FL.Responsibilities:Recruiting, Staffing & Onboarding• Prepare job descriptions for open positions, and post open jobs

• Facilitate the new hire onboarding process from end-to-end

• Process new hires

• Partner with hiring manager to ensure a smooth new hire experienceHR Processes & Data• Coordinate and manage roll-up reports and requests for Corporate Staff Functions

• Process and manage HRIS transactions for employee lifecycle data changes (including hires, personal data changes, compensation, leaves of absence, promotions, terminations, etc.) via SAP

• Support HR systems administration, including SAP, SmartRecruiters, PageUp, or equivalent system depending on location

• Run reoccurring and ad hoc reports and analyze HR metrics on attrition, performance, diversity, etc.

• Partner with business partners including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Finance to field questions and help resolve day-to-day employee issues

• Assist with annual processes (performance review process, salary planning, benefits open enrollment, etc.)

• Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures

• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives including training planning and implementation, succession and compensation planningClient Service• Respond to routine HR questions, including benefits, payroll, and time off, or redirect employees to the appropriate contacts

• Deliver high-quality client service by offering solutions and helping address routine questions and concerns

• Serve as a liaison with HR departments including Payroll and Benefits to help manage and resolve day-to-day employee issuesReporting/Administrative• Provide assistance across the Corporate Staff Functions team on projects, initiatives, and assignments

• Run weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports from applicable HR systems (SAP, Business Warehouse Report, etc.)

• Create and maintain employee files and provide administrative HR support
