• Shopping malls
• Sporting venues
• Local community events
• Pop-up brand activationsThis is a face-to-face marketing and sales role where personality, confidence, and attitude matter more than experience.Key Responsibilities• Engage with customers in busy retail environments in a friendly and professional manner
• Introduce and explain current promotions clearly and accurately
• Build rapport and identify customer interest through conversation
• Assist customers with digital registration or application processes
• Ensure all information is captured accurately and in line with guidelines
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
