Job Title: Coordinator Clerical (C10)Location: Monmouth Medical CenterDepartment Name: Radiology Support ServicesReq #: 0000246186Status: HourlyShift: DayPay Range: $18.64 - $26.32 per hourPay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.Job Overview:Performs all duties of scheduling appointments, answering telephones, entering all information into the computer. Communicates effectively with other areas of the department, hospital and physician offices to coordinate patient activities. The Coordinator is responsible for identified critical unit support activities and identified critical clerical/administrative functions as directed. Coordinates all patient appointments after gathering and receiving approval from radiologist. Work closely with nursing and technical staff to provide a caring and smooth flow in patient care area. Is the point person for staff for patient information regarding all communication with ordering physician offices and internal staffQualifications:Required:• High School DiplomaPreferred:• Good communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminologyScheduling Requirements:• Full Time Day
