Marketing Data Analyst


Intern to join our Marketing team this summer! The Marketing Data Analyst Intern will support the Enterprise Marketing and Growth Marketing teams. The role will focus on marketing analysis, campaign optimization, competitive research, and marketing operations initiatives that support demand generation and account-based marketing strategies across key segments including k-12, employers, and health plans. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience analyzing marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives that improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

Internship Details:


Duration: June 1st, 2026

- August 21st, 2026


Commitment: 20 hour per week


Projects: You'll work on 2-3 key initiatives, with one serving as your final deliverable.


Compensation: Our compensation policy ensures a minimum of $15/hour or the legally required local minimum wage, whichever is greater, to maintain fairness across regions.


Mentorship: You'll be paired with a Talkspace mentor to guide you throughout the program.


What You’ll Do

• Conduct research and analysis to support marketing strategy, including evaluating campaign performance, marketing offers, and lead generation initiatives

• Analyze marketing, sales, and CRM data to identify trends in customer behavior, buying patterns, and successful deal attributes

• Support marketing operations initiatives including organizing and optimizing HubSpot workflows, assets, and processes

• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to evaluate positioning, messaging, and differentiation within key target markets such as K-12

• Develop insights and recommendations that inform marketing strategy, targeting, messaging, and account-based marketing initiatives

• Create presentations and reports summarizing findings, insights, and strategic recommendations for marketing leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and operations to support marketing initiatives and process improvements

• Research and build data analysis frameworks for evaluating creative ad performance at scale and distill insights

• Identify areas to incorporate AI tools / agents to streamline campaign processes’ and analysis

• Assist across robust incrementality and paid media measurement projects


About You

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights

• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Google Slides or PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Interest in healthcare, mental health, or B2B marketing
