You will be a key member of the team overseeing the financial reporting and management of our flagship North American funds and new products. Your responsibilities include management and review of capital statements, and limited partner reporting, as well as managing annual audits and external service providers. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders, support investment transactions, and provide financial guidance for the asset management business.

Salary range for this position: $165,000 - $225,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. • Bachelors or Masters in Accounting or equivalent, with CPA/CA (preferred)

• 10+ years of practical accounting experience, ideally with a mix of public and private sector (private equity preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Jira, Workiva or other workflow tools

• Robust knowledge of US GAAP and experience in investment accounting

• Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage people and processes across time zones
