It’s a space where you can be yourself and do your best work.The RoleWe are seeking a Transmission & Distribution Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams supporting electric utility transmission and distribution projects. This role combines technical leadership, team development, and project oversight to deliver high-quality line design solutions for utility clients.What Your Day Will Look Like:• Partner with 5–6 project managers to support projects at various stages of design and construction.

• Develop, maintain, and update cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.

• Ensure accurate reporting and quality checks on all project controls deliverables.

• Compare schedules to financial data to verify project timelines align.

• Integrate and analyze data in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.

• Review upstream/downstream change orders and track budgets against POs and subcontracts.

• Translate cost, schedule, and contract data into actionable insights to support project decision-making across multiple capital projects.

• Serve as the PM-facing project controls partner and primary point of contact for cost reporting, forecasting, commitments, and change management questions, providing technical guidance to APMs, PMs, Lead Engineers, and Construction staff.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of project controls deliverables through structured quality checks and reporting standards.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Familia:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.

• 4+ years of related experience in project controls or construction/project management support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and make quick, sound decisions.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP preferred.
