We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized Licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) in multiple territories to provide essential personal care services in patients’ homes. In this role, you will collaborate with our Clinical Manager, clinical staff, and office team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. This position is available part-time or per diem and offers a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.At Health Link, teamwork is at the heart of what we do. Pay Rate:** $52,000 – $58,000/year

Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood• TriValley Area

Minimum 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience• Current CPR and First Aid certification• Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens
Knowledge of basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards• Strong communication skills in English• Caring, compassionate, and professional demeanor
