About this role
Description Leidos is seeking a Lead Systems Integration and Test Engineer who will be a member of a dynamic team working on
En-Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) , the heart of the Next Generation Air Transportation System and the pulse of the National Airspace System, providing the foundation for NexGen functions Primary Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to verify software functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
+ Design and develop scenarios for use in PR/CR Verification and Regression Tests
+ Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and schedulers to ensure testability of requirements and alignment with project timelines.
+ Track and report test execution status, generating detailed test reports and artifact packages for stakeholders and clients.
+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as HP ALM, Selenium, or equivalent. Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience; or a master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline; for example, engineering, computer science
+ Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust clearance from the FAA customer
+ Candidates must be US Citizens
+ Experience leading and directing activities of a team
+ Experience in following a documented Integration and Test Development Process
+ Experience in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
+ Experience in the use of UNIX and Linux operating systems
+ Strong integration skills with hands-on experience integrating large software complex systems
+ Strong communication skills to interface with internal and external customers Desired Skills:

+ Regression testing
+ Data Reduction & Analysis
+ Analyzing identified issues and helping to determine a solution with System Engineering and Software Engineering
+ Problem Determination
+ A good academic understanding and/or exposure to system engineering practices to contribute to and/or assist with system integration, requirements engineering, operational and decision analysis, systems definition, requirements baseline control and management.
+ Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment
+ Air Traffic Knowledgeand experience working on Air Traffic programs

Pay Range: Pay Range $69,550.00
- $125,725.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
