To join our team, you’ll need:• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.• Strong personal values and ethical standards.• Dedication, commitment and stability.• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
