Location: Sacramento International Airport.Shifts: M-F from 5:30a-2:00p up to 11:00a-7:30p based on business needs.Pay: $23.50-24.50/hourThe Spirit of the Position:


TheOffice Admin, reporting to the Assistant General Manager, works as a liaison between our customers, parking employees, and stakeholders by using professional written and verbal communication. They contribute to the success of the team by providing support to onsite employees and service recovery to travelers. They ensure revenue integrity by monitoring the Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) key data points. They prepare basic reports on key performance indicators periodically.Principal Job Duties:Generating reports:Prepare reports on KPIs.Keep up to date records on refunds, insufficient payments, monthly parkers, and other operational metrics.Provide recommendations for reporting improvements.Customer Assistance:Answer incoming phone calls and emails to provide information or resolve issues related to onsite parking, reservation booking processes, and other customer concerns.Assist customers with inquiries about their reservations, refund requests, and receipt requests.Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.Offer solutions through a can-do attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of all email communications.Be the first step escalation for service recovery opportunities as needed.Client Assistance:Foster relationships with airport staff through proactive communication and consistent follow-up.Respond to client requests by interpreting available data.Prepare refunds requests by obtaining relevant information from customers and PARCS.Employee Assistance:Maintain and organize uniform inventory and provide weekly stock levels.Provide uniforms to new hires or existing employees on an as needed basis.Maintaining an adequate supply of office supplies and operational consumables.Auditing:Confirm cash handling and reporting is accurate on a daily basis.Checking for accuracy of Supervisor reporting.Auditing PARCS exceptions to confirm policies are being followed and manual calculations are done accurately.Track and maintain operational reports (such as cashier reports, revenue reports, occupancy reports, etc) on a regular basis.Obtain and enter data for daily reports of business.Digitize records of work completed, primarily to Excel.Education/Experience:High school diploma or GED required.2+ years providing strong customer service experience is required.2+ years of experience or education relevant to the majority of principal job duties.Skills:Must have strong organizational skills.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to handle multiple calls at once and prioritize customer requests.Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.Ability to understand and interpret transactional data with training.Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement.Ability to remain friendly and personable in stressful situations.Eagerness for cross functional training.Physical Demands:Ability to lift, push and pull at least 40 pounds.Ability to sit at a computer workstation for their entire shift.Ability to stand or walk for short durations.Ability to use a desk phone throughout their shift.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
