Pay Range: $15.20 to $20.56Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.Join our Risk Management Team and help support property and casualty insurance claims. You’ll review damage reports, work with snowplow vendors, and help manage car wash video used in claims. This is a great opportunity to learn how claims and risk processes work in a real business environment.What You’ll Do• Review damage reports from snowplow vendors and guests.
• Send initial subrogation letters.
• Help the Claim Specialist I when needed.• Assist the Risk Management Team with daily tasks.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls.
• Process property damage claims into RIMS.• Review car wash footage to confirm correct video was captured.
• Locate and upload video for claims.
• Document findings in the claim file.What You Need• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be enrolled in post‑high‑school education.
• 0–2 years of experience.• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Able to prioritize and multitask.Work Schedule: This position is a paid internship, offering valuable hands-on experience.
