We are a close-knit team that values professionalism, integrity, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere-for both our guests and our staff.We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource professional to join our team. This is a key role that supports the smooth operation of our business. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you. Medical, Dental, Life and 401k available.Key Responsibilities:Payroll & Human Resources:• Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws.
• Maintain and update employee records, handle onboarding/offboarding, and manage benefits administration.
• Support HR compliance, reporting, and internal policy updates.
• Benefit administration.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees' questions regarding payroll and benefits.Administrative Support:• Provide day-to-day administrative support to hotel leadership and staff.
• Manage multilocation communications and document organization.
• Assist with vendor coordination and office supply management.Light Accounting:• Support accounts payable.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.What We Offer:• Competitive salary

• Human Resource certification
• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Paylocity workflow is required.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, HR, Accounting, or related field.
