We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities thrive safely and independently at home. A successful candidate is highly empathetic, can juggle the needs of our clients, programs and business, and is eager to make a lasting impact. We’re a tech-first team so comfort working with new systems and tools will be an advantage. Also a huge plus if home modification work is part of your experience.

Role Highlights
---------------
* Anticipated Start Date: 4/1/26
* Compensation: $120 per Evaluation
* Employment Type: Contracted, minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability
* Location: In-Home Visits
Key Responsibilities
--------------------
* Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
* Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
* Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
* Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
* Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share findings and support process improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system
Qualifications
--------------
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Active, unencumbered OT license
* 2+ years of clinical experience
* Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
* Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
* Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
More About Compensation
-----------------------
* Contractors are paid on a monthly basis, within 2 weeks of the previous month’s end.
* We pay per completed evaluation - this includes:
* Travel to/from client’s home
* The evaluation itself
* Documentation
If needed, we will pay additionally for extended travel - we will always discuss and approve ahead of time
