Apply for this jobSuperintendent - Job Description• ICRA - Check barriers at multiple times during shift. Beginning, middle, end. QC will begin to inspect containments and log deficiencies.

• All tools that are purchased need to be logged in and approved by the PM. If the tool is purchased for a specific project, turn over to office.

• Superintendent owns the schedule. If major adjustments are needed, inform the PM. Make sure you have project schedules posted on all jobs and redlined onsite. Communicate w/ PM on a weekly basis to update and send out to subs and necessary parties. Review schedule from start with PM and target dates. Hit or exceed milestones for rough-in, close-in, finals, etc).

• Superintendents to make every effort to attend all progress meeting whether it be in person or conference call. Helps with communicating issues on jobsites.

• Review on a weekly basis (or as needed by the client) upcoming outages and coordinate w/ subcontractors. Clients are cracking down on look ahead.

• Fill out all necessary daily documents to include owner PCRA checklists as well as Procore daily logs/safety check lists. Upload pictures on a TBD basis. Daily? Weekly? Milestones?

• Maintain all necessary documents to be posted on the jobsite at all times. If you do not have the documents, inform the PM. Documents to include - HASPs, MSDS, ICRA/PCRA, Necessary outage requests, Permits, job board.

• Keep a clean and presentable jobsite at all times.

• Ensure everyone onsite knows policies and procedures during an emergency situation

• Review and sign safety requirements and enforce on all jobs. Going forward there will be 3rd party inspections and a strike system.

• Call in all project inspections. Take picture and log all passed inspection stickers if applicable. If project is off hours and unable to call in. Email request to PM and Project Engineer with date needed and inspection type.

• Call in QC inspections as to be determined.

• Order all materials. Assign project number to every order (no exception). Going forward, off hours jobs will have a container onsite to allow for deliveries.

• Review contract documents for potential scope holes and inform PM.

• Review submittals and RFIs for discrepancies. Submittals and RFIs to be uploaded to Procore in live time. If hard copies are preferred, contact the PM.

• Arrange for dumpster swaps w/ admin assistant.

• Turn in any labor on a weekly basis (with names) to admin assistant.

• Review and arrange for labor on a look ahead basis at all times. Do not wait until day of or day before.

• Make sure all onsite labor and subcontractor has proper badging/attire/hospital specific procedures in place before coming on to jobsites.

• Do not allow for extra work to be completed onsite without approval from PM.

• Any ticket work completed onsite to be signed by super.
