We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be part of a nimble and innovative team finding creative design solutions to customer problems in both the airborne and ruggedized ground-support spaces. You will work on requirements analysis, design reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and system verification testing. You will partner with talented systems, electrical, mechanical, and software engineers in a culture of fast-faced innovation. As a senior team member, you will take a lead-role in project execution and mentor energetic junior engineers.Responsibilities:- Requirements analysis and decomposition- Participating in design reviews- Test plan creation- Execution of unit testing, integration testing, and verification testing- Authoring test reports- Coordination with external test labs including getting quotes, scheduling, transporting equipment, and setup at lab- Debug and root-cause analysis of test failures- Collaborate effectively with other test engineers and design engineering team- Clearly communicate testing plan, status and risks cross-functionally and to management- Work on multiple projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize and meet project timing commitments Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Test Engineering- Experience with Environmental Testing per MIL-STD-810 including temperature, vibration, and shock- Experience with EMC/EMI testing including MIL-STD-461- Experience with product safety requirements and testing- An understanding of design-for-EMC best-practices- Experience in debugging EMC/EMI failures- Experience with UL/CE Certification preferred- Experience with reliability analysis including MTBF calculations and DFMEA analysis preferred- Experience with testing airborne products preferredThis position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen or green card holder.ITI Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer.ITI Engineering performs pre-employment background checks.PId1e944e9852c-25448-39985858
