Standard hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional evenings past 5:00pm as needed to support our work and clients.As a Admin Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator at Right at Home, you will:•Coordinate multiple caregiver schedules, client appointments, and shifts efficiently•Communicate clearly and compassionately with caregivers, clients, and families•Manage last-minute changes, call-outs, and scheduling conflicts with professionalism•Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance across all client and caregiver documentation•Perform essential administrative duties, including answering phones, scanning documents, filing, and organizing office materials•Use scheduling software and other office technology effectively•Support clients and caregivers with a customer-service mindset, emphasizing reliability and professionalismThis is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where attention to detail, problem-solving, and a calm, flexible approach are essential.
