About this role

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a temporary HR/Talent Acquisition Intern who will support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. The HR/Talent Acquisition will help with interview scheduling, candidate screening, and updating job descriptions in our HRIS system. This individual may also be involved in job fairs, events and assist with a variety of administrative tasks including updating recruiting presentations and pre-employment screening tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in HR, recruiting and eager to learn how a fast moving talent team operates. This position will work onsite at our Bloomington corporate offices. Office hours are 8:00am - 4:45pm with some flexibility, up to 40 hours per week.Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards and internal databases•

Review resumes and help screen applicants for open roles•

Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates, TA Specialists and hiring managers•

Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System, Workday as needed•

Support employer branding initiatives, including social media posts and job description updates•

Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and onboarding activities•

Help with ongoing projects, including updating database of high school industrial education instructors and technical college diesel instructor contactsQualifications:

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources•

Current GPA of 3.0 or higher strongly preferred•

Strong organization and attention to detail required•

Excellent communication skills•

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite•

Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments/project components simultaneously•

Ability to work independently and also as part of a team•

Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgencyMinimum Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing•

$17.47 to $20.95

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:•
