About this role
Rivers Casino Philadelphia, located at 1001 N. Delaware Avenue on the Philadelphia waterfront, is hiring full-time and part-time Hospitality Team Members across food and beverage, guest services, cage and count, environmental services and security support. We are open 24 hours a day and offer shifts across days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Typical roles:
- Restaurant servers, bartenders, barbacks, hosts and bussers
- Cooks, prep cooks and stewards
- Guest services and players club representatives
- Cashiers and cage associates
- Environmental services and facilities associates
What you will do:
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Follow all Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming property
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 for roles on the gaming floor or serving alcohol)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license or registration, including a background check
- Availability for nights, weekends and holidays
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail or customer service experience is a plus; we train
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
