You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.Patient #1: Pediatric Care• Location: Flint, MI• Patient: 10-year old boy• Day Shift: 2:00pm-2:00amPatient #2: Pediatric Care• Location: Saginaw, MI• Patient: 1-Year-Old Female• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sun–Sat)• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Sat)Patient #3: Adult Care• Location: Lake Orion, MI• Patient: 49-Year-Old Female (Paraplegic)• Schedule: 24/7 Skilled Nursing Coverage (12-Hour Shifts)• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMPatient #4: Adult Care• Location: Clio, MI• Patient: (56-Year-Old Male)• Shifts: 6 AM – 4 PM (Tue & Thu)Responsibilities• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)• Communicate with families and care teams• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered careSchedule & Pay• Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available• Day, night, and weekend shifts• Weekly pay + optional daily pay• Competitive pay based on experienceWhy Work at Centria?✅ 1:1 Patient Care
