Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home CareJob SummaryCentria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.Responsibilities• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)• Communicate with families and care teams• Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered careSchedule & Pay• Full-time and part-time shifts available• Day, night, and weekend shifts• Weekly pay + optional daily pay• Competitive pay based on experienceWhy Work at Centria?✅ 1:1 Patient Care
