About this role
Pay: $88.00 per hour Job description: L&D – Labor and Delivery – $88/hour – Day/Night Shift | 12 Hours – Prosser, WA Location: Prosser, WA Position: L&D – Labor and Delivery Assignment Type: 13-Week Contract with Extension Possibility Shift: Night Shift | 12 Hours Pay Rate: $88/hr on W2 Responsibilities : Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery Assist physicians and healthcare teams during childbirth procedures Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed Educate and support patients and families during the birthing process Respond quickly to emergency situations and complications Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for mothers and newborns Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols Required Certifications:
• ACLS
• BLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• PALS (can be obtained after hire if needed)
