JOB SUMMARYThis job involves performing daily operational functions for the HR Shared Services team, providing both front-end and back-end support to Highmark Health Enterprise. The role is responsible for executing transactional processes related to HR Shared Services programs from various centers of excellence, talent excellence leaders, and business leaders. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, quality, teamwork, and employee engagement. The individual in this role ensures that customer requests are completed accurately and reliably in a timely manner.The position requires some understanding of the administration and regulatory requirements specific to one or more Total Rewards (TR) disciplines, such as broad-based compensation, health & welfare and retirement benefits programs, leave administration, talent acquisition operations, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Key Experience Preferred:+
UKG knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with UKG systems.+
Leave of absence Background: Experience with case management related to leaves of absence.+
Workday Experience: Familiarity and experience with the Workday platform.
This is a remote based role.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES+ Accurately perform day-to-day transactional and administrative processes in support of the assigned HR Shared Services team. Responsible for timely completion of fulfillment activities and customer inquiries.+ Responsible for customer focused ongoing communication with current and former employees related to service requests and case management resolution.+ Perform scheduled audits related regulatory compliance and policy provisions specific to assigned HR Shared team initiatives and programs.+ Complete projects and studies as needed, utilizing professional judgment and professional knowledge.+ Regularly assess services and process and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement. Maintain detailed process/procedure documentation and update, as needed+ Meet customer commitments on-time. Ensure KPI customer satisfaction levels remain high from both internal staff and external customers.+ Participate as a team member in the requirements, design, and testing of new systems, enhancements to existing systems, and production support. Identify and escalate issues to HR systems support teams for analysis and resolution.+ Other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION
Required+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field
Substitutions+ 3 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE
Required+ 3 years progressive experience in one (1) or more of the following TR disciplines: broad-based Compensation, Health & Welfare and Retirement Benefits Programs, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition Operations, Audit and Regulatory Compliance.

Pay Range Minimum:$26.49
