Lead and manage audits for a variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, and health and welfare plans.•
Ensure compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.•
Maintain and enhance client relationships through high-quality service and communication.•
Mentor and develop staff on audit process and practice management.•
Collaborate with partners and senior management to drive practice development and innovation.Requirements
Required Qualifications:•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.•
Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, with extensive experience in employee benefit plans required.•
CPA certification is preferred but not required.•
Proficiency in English; bilingual in Korean is a plus.•
Eligible to work in the United States.•
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).Benefits
