POSITION SUMMARYWe seek a talented, organized, and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our Creative team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience designing print and digital marketing materials while working closely with our Marketing Team and Director of Field Strategy and Brand Management. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while producing high-quality work that aligns with brand standards and deadlines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the design and production of print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and sales collateral. • Assist with layout, typography, image selection, and basic photo editing under creative direction. • Adapt existing designs for various formats and platforms while maintaining brand standards. • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and team reviews. • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to support ongoing campaigns. • Learn to manage projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines in a creative professional environment. Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE • Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Strong attention to detail and an interest in producing high-quality, polished work. • Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and continuously improve. • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn. • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Portfolio of academic, personal, or passion projects encouraged (professional experience not required). • Interest in marketing, branding, or social media design is a plus. • A passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of seniors is a plus.
