Minimum qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.+ 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.+ 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.+ Experience managing a team.
Preferred qualifications:+ MBA degree.+ Experience with Google data strength solutions (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Google Tag Gateway, Data Manager), Apps Measurement, or Google Analytics.+ Experience in structuring and facilitating executive forums, with the ability to identify urgent issues, navigate competing perspectives, and deliver concise communications that enable executive leadership to make informed, timely decisions.+ Ability to own large, complex projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables.+ Ability to identify new strategic opportunities and to provide a point of view on options, risks, and upsides that affect business growth.
About the jobThe Americas Product Go-To-Market (pGTM) team designs, builds, and executes product activation strategies that accelerate growth for Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). The team maintains a unified and objective focus on regional product priorities, ensuring that the organization leans into the most significant growth opportunities. By empowering sellers with proven methodologies, infrastructure, and resources, the PGTM team enables sales organizations to operate with velocity and at scale while collaborating with regional, global, and functional partners to bring the best of Google to LCS clients.Measurement is at the core of value. In ALCS we compete on value by driving outcomes our customers believe in, accelerated by AI. Our Measurement pGTM team enables this through scaled activation of products and frameworks that allows every seller to prove value our customers believe in.In this role, you will lead the team responsible for driving the strategy and activation of Data Strength, Apps Measurement, and MeasurementPlatforms across the Americas Large Customer Sales organization. You will define an outlook for these pillars, ensuring they are integrated with broader Measurement, Search, YouTube, and Google Marketing Platform initiatives. By aligning on key focus areas, sequencing, and customer segmentation, you will drive scaled product adoption and measurable business impact for our largest clients.You will partner closely with Global Product Solutions and Sales leadership to move initiatives forward and represent your team's portfolio in executive forums. You will also have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of individual contributors, providing the coaching, feedback, and career development support necessary for their continued growth.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.
