Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

JOB SUMMARY:
The Coordinator I, Risk Administrative Support, will work in a multi-faceted role, created to provide additional support to the Risk/Loss Prevention (LP) Department, in areas of building security, loss prevention, and safety. The Risk Admin Support Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining security protocols, including employee access control and security cameras, ensuring the safety of Goodwill of Colorado personnel and property.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Verifying, inputting, and maintaining all badging information for Goodwill employees and guests.
• Working directly with all Goodwill departments to create access badges, ensuring access schedules are accurate, and updated to reflect active and non-active access issuance.
• Work with vendors to ensure access control systems are functioning properly, efficiently and safely, and that required maintenance/repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
• Assist in investigations where review of employee access is required.
• Perform random access control audits to ensure system compliance.
• Prepare and distribute daily alarm reports for all retail locations.
• Maintain electronic alarm code requests for new users and deactivated users.
• Assist in investigations where review of alarm activity is required.
• View and download camera footage, to support LP and Safety.
• Oversee provision of camera footage requested by Police Departments in support of Goodwill operations.
• Oversee recovery of keys, badge access cards, and other Goodwill property following termination/resignation of employees.
• Oversee requests for issues pertaining to alarm and store keying issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:• 1-2 years’ experience in building security, alarms, access control, and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) is preferred.
• Some experience in an administrative support role.
Other:• Must be able to clearly communicate with employees and managers.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of CCTV camera functions and have the necessary skills access, view, and download camera footage, to support LP and safety.
• It is preferred that the incumbent have the ability to drive for company business*.
*Per auto vehicle insurance carrier requirements: For applicants/employees to qualify for inclusion on the Goodwill driver insurance schedule, for purpose of driving Goodwill fleet vehicles, or for purpose of receiving company mileage reimbursement they must be at least:• 21 years of age (not engaged in passenger transportation),
• 25 – 70 years of age for all passenger transportation services,
• 25 years of age for CDL.
Applicants/employee will be required to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check; applicants/employees must disclose all moving traffic violations or vehicle crashes (within the last five (5) years)(Note: not all violations are a disqualification for employment and each case will be reviewed by the insurance carrier); must have valid Colorado State driver license; must also be able to operate company vehicle, and adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws governing vehicle operation.
Applicants/employees using their personal vehicle for company business (receiving company mileage reimbursement), must have valid vehicle insurance, valid driver license, and vehicle must be in roadworthy condition.
