The Field Support Representative assists aspiring captive insurance agents as they become licensed in the state they intend to sell insurance. They contact new hires based on predetermined contact points (via text, phone, and email) to engage and encourage them throughout the exam preparation process. The Agent Concierge Representative will need to stay abreast of state licensing requirements, particularly state pre-coursework requirements, to register for the licensing exam. Their goal is to ensure that their student is prepared to pass the state licensing exam on the first attempt. The Agent Concierge Representative is also responsible for communicating the student's progress to their hiring manager each week.Required SkillsRequired Skills:
• Proficiently handle a pipeline of 150-200 new hires, assisting them through various stages of the licensing coursework
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes within MS Access
• Accurately communicate state licensing requirements for state licensing exams
• Import and Export reports from MS Access
• Provide weekly pipeline reports to Agency Owners as well as daily updates, as needed.
• Communicate accurately and effectively, via written (email & text) and phone interactions.
• Build strong rapport with new hires, hiring managers and Agency Owners
• Make outbound and take inbound calls daily.
• Send surveys to new hires via text or email after completion of the program.
• Update and maintain state pre-licensing requirements, as requested.
• Meet with manager regularly to stay informed about any changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and/or technologies.
Required Knowledge & ExperienceRequired Experience:
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work across multiple technologies.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and seamlessly.
• Strong Customer Service Skills, primarily via phone
• Intermediate MS Office skills: Excel and Access are used daily.
• Ability to self-manage daily workflow.
• Candidate will have multiple interactions with newly recruited sales agents and must be able to build a strong rapport in order to support them through the licensing process.
• Able to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team.Location: 3700 S. Stonebridge Dr., McKinney, Texas
