About this role

Geoprobe® is seeking an Engagement Coordinator who thrives on connecting people, strengthening relationships, and supporting employee growth. As part of the Human Resources (HR) team, you will support internal HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience. You will also represent Geoprobe® in the community, expanding awareness of our culture and building meaningful education‑based and workforce partnerships. This position handles sensitive and confidential information and plays a key role in shaping how employees and the community experience Geoprobe®.Interested in applying? Responsibilities• Support the recruiting process through job postings, outreach, and developing talent pipelines, including the internship and apprenticeship programs

• Encourage employee growth through soft‑skill development, exposure to Geoprobe® culture, and interactions with local talent pools

• Strengthen employee engagement through team communications (weekly newsletter, social media) and meaningful care initiatives

• Help organize companywide events and gatherings

• Lead community outreach activities, representing Geoprobe® professionally

• Evaluate partnership and sponsorship requests with the HR Director

• Collaborate with other departments as needed to fulfill position requirements

• Support general HR administrative tasks, backfilling other positions as needed

• Occasional after-hours or weekend work, some travel required

• Other duties as assigned
