In this role, you will work closely with an experienced Controller and a collaborative finance team, gaining hands on experience across all core areas of accounting. You will not be siloed. Instead, you will be actively involved in real work that drives the business forward. You will play a key role in the day to day accounting operations and month end close process, including:• Supporting the monthly close by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations

• Assisting with financial reporting and analyzing key balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Working with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow up

• Processing bi weekly payroll through ADP

• Maintaining accurate general ledger records across multiple entities

• Partnering with the team to improve processes and strengthen accounting procedures

• Supporting audit requests and interacting with external auditorsThis role offers exposure to the full accounting cycle, giving you the experience needed to accelerate your development early in your career.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Internship or early experience in accounting preferred

• Basic understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
