Where You Will Work?? ? Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning, and more. Our flexible work program allows employees to work virtually as well as come together in person when needed at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. Employees can work remotely from most states in the U.S., with the exception of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors.?Should the position shift to in-person (office/site) work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time, so long as the position meets the established eligibility for these benefits.
What You Will Do _Provide professional-level support for domestic and international compensation programs;_
_including_ _determining appropriate base pay amounts, salary survey participation, job evaluations, market pricing, and administering various compensation programs._ In this role, you determine appropriate base pay offer amounts for both domestic and international location positions using department compensation tools. You respond to issue escalations from the service center as assigned by collaborating with peers to conduct research, investigate inquiries, and provide resolution, and you prepare regular and ad hoc compensation reports as necessary. As the Compensation Analyst II, you administer and oversee position and job code requests and provide assistance to site HR with job and position code requests. You participate in salary surveys, prepare files for automated salary matching, and validate the accuracy of market composites. You assist in the preparation of analysis to evaluate adjustments to salary structures and merit matrices and perform job evaluations to market price positions, utilizing a variety of salary surveys to recommend the appropriate grade and FLSA status for positions across the organization.
What You Bring To Freeport
+ Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources or related field
and two (2) years experience in compensation or related field;
OR
+ High School Diploma and six (6) years experience in compensation or related field, plus two (2) years of human resources experience, or professional-level operations experience,
including significant human resources work.
Preferred Qualifications
What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently?
$75,000-$104,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.?
