About this role

The Human Resources Administrator supports the daily operations of the HR department by assisting in benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, and compliance. This role helps ensure smooth HR processes and contributes to maintaining a positive employee experience across the organization.Responsible for

- Personnel action form creation and submissions for new hires, transfers, etc.

- I9 Administration

- Might conduct new hire orientation or assist Generalist in conducting it

- Assists new hires in completing benefit forms

- Facilitate processes related to payroll

- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs

- Plans and organizes employee engagement events.

- Create and submit various reports as needed.

- Other duties as assignedQualifications

- Associate's degree in HR Highly preferred

- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Powerpoint

- 1-3 years of HR experience

- Experience in Manufacturing highly preferred

- Must be highly organized

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Must handle stress well
