About this role
Job DescriptionFinancial Additions has a great opportunity for an Office Manager that can handle a variety of admin duties plus assist with Accounts Payable responsibilities. This is a hybrid position near downtown Dallas with most Fridays being remote. Great company with excellent benefits!
Responsibilites include:
• Receptionist duties (greet visitors, answer phone, set up meetings).
• Manage and distribtue incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Create letters, labels, forms etc.
• Monitor office supplies.
• Maintain kitchen area and replenish food and drink as needed.
• Maintain both physical and electronic files.
• Data entry for A/P invoices into Excel and/or accounting system.
• Process bank reconciliations.
Qualfications include:
• 2+ years in Office Manager, Admin Assistant, or Receptionist role, with some accounts payable knowledge/experience
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Easily learns new software
• Experience in oil & gas industry a plus
• Punctual and dependable
• Some college a plus
