Job DescriptionAviation Administrative AssistantFinancial Additions is assisting an established aviation company with an Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in administrative support, customer service and is highly professional
**This position is in office daily and has great benefits and company culture.
Standard hours are 9am-5pm
On call coverage could be required at times**What you will do:• Maintain records for aviation department operations, reports and files
• Maintain schedules and calendars, meetings, trips and related logistics
• Monitor emails, calls and requests
• Assists with trip coordination and scheduling workflows
• Manage office and desk duties, including phone coverage, visitor support and conference room coordination
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionWhat qualifications you will bring:
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI is a plus
• Aviation scheduling, dispatch, or flight department support preferred
• Must be professional, dependable and service oriented
• Strong Tenure is required
