people-facing role where you’ll serve as the bridge between our organization and the community. From staffing events to hosting informational sessions to connecting with individuals one-on-one, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people experience and engage with our brand.
What You’ll Do
•Act as the front-line representative at community events, pop-ups, and local activations.
•Engage directly with community members, answer questions, and provide resources and information.
•Build relationships with individuals and organizations to increase visibility and participation.
•Support planning and execution of outreach events, workshops, and community initiatives.
•Collect feedback and insights from the community to share with internal teams.
•Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and customer success to align outreach efforts.
•Represent the brand voice in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
