Apply for this jobTHE POSITIONOur roster has an opening with your name on itFanDuel is looking for a Director-level Head of Inclusion to shape and champion initiatives that strengthen connection, belonging, and culture across the organization.This role leads FanDuel's inclusion strategy and programming - embedding inclusive practices into how we work and ensuring our people feel valued and supported in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.Reporting to the Head of HR, the Head of Inclusion serves as a center of excellence partner to HR and HRBPs, designing scalable initiatives, advising on inclusive practices, and driving measurable cultural impact.This is an opportunity to meaningfully shape how inclusion comes to life at FanDuel.In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to playChampion inclusion across the organization• Develop and execute a focused, multi-year inclusion roadmap.

• Create and lead initiatives that strengthen belonging, leadership capability, and team effectiveness.

• Establish clear success metrics and track measurable impact.

Elevate ERGs and interest groups

• Provide strategic oversight and evolution of Employee Resource Groups and interest groups as a core pillar of FanDuel's culture.

• Strengthen governance, leadership development, executive sponsorship, and impact measurement.

• Scale programming that builds community while aligning to organizational priorities.

Partner across HR

• Serve as a center of excellence for HRBPs and People leaders on inclusive practices.

• Provide tools, guidance, and frameworks to support inclusive team environments.

• Integrate inclusion into key people programs and initiatives without overcomplicating the approach.

Use insight to drive action

• Leverage engagement and workforce data to identify opportunities and inform initiatives.

• Translate insights into practical action plans and clear reporting.

• Continuously assess and refine efforts to ensure sustained impact.

Bring fresh perspective

• Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices.

• Build strong internal and external networks to bring forward new ideas and approaches.

• Adapt strategies to meet the needs of a dynamic, evolving organization.

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate

• 10+ years of experience in inclusion, culture, organizational development, or related fields.

• Experience operating at Director level or equivalent scope.

• Strong program design and execution experience with measurable outcomes.

• Proven ability to elevate and scale ERGs and community-driven initiatives.

• Analytical mindset with experience using engagement or workforce data to guide decisions.

• Experience managing budgets and prioritizing resources effectively.

• Strong influencer and relationship-builder, particularly within HR environments.

• Comfortable navigating change in a fast-paced organization.

This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.
