About this role

DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cetera Financial Group, you own the recruitment process from intake discussion to hire, collaborating with your aligned leaders and business partners to successfully deliver the best talent market-wide. Lending your networking skills, recruiting expertise and deep market knowledge you’ll add value to every interaction cultivating lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates alike. You’ll have the opportunity to action your own ideas, innovating our processes and procedures to take recruiting to the next level along the way. This is a 3 month temporary position located in Dallas, TX. Hybrid schedule requiring in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and the 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month.•

Lead recruitment efforts in close partnership with our stakeholders, business partners and hiring managers•

Cover full-cycle recruitment inclusive of job description development, strategy discussion, contact and qualification of candidates, presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, and offer guidance/preparation/negotiation•

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders through best-in-class service and professional, responsive communication•

Proactively source passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal and external databases and innovative research tactics•

Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine technical and cultural fit•

Develop proactive recruitment strategies for future business needs, internal mobility and succession planning for the team•

Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs•

Maintain and update applicant records in the applicant tracking system (Oracle Recruiting Cloud- ORC) through the selection phase•

Consistent demonstration of HR and recruitment best practices in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations•

Participate in process improvement efforts, special recruitment projects, and broader recruitment team initiatives as part of a long-term strategy of building a best in class talent acquisition organization.What you need to have:• 5+ years full-life cycle recruitment experience with a successful track-record of finding and placing top candidates

• Detail oriented and data driven using MS Excel

• Unimpeachable ethical standards, with an innate ability to build trust

• Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders

• Strong direct sourcing and networking skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter experience and other sourcing toolsReally catch our eye with:• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)/Taleo experience highly desired

• Experience recruiting in agency and internal corporate settings

• Experience with proactively developing a successful pipeline of candidates

• Experience within recruitment in the financial services industry

• Successful Corporate recruiting experience with multiple sites throughout the US

• Sourcing experience in financial industry
