This is an exciting opportunity to influence culture, elevate the employee experience, and make a lasting impact on the lives of team members and the residents they serve.What we offer:•Compensation and total rewards aligned to executive leadership performance, with long-term financial growth incentives•Excellence in all we do, making us accountable to our team members and the residents we serve to deliver financial and operational results consistently•State-of-the-art community campuses, ongoing expansion plans, and design enhancements to ensure we continue to set industry standards•A "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset; our team members•Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO for employees working 30+ hoursCompensation:$180,000 - $ 200,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonuses This position is based in Catonsville, Maryland and is not remoteHow you will make an impact:•Deliver consultancy and act as business partner across the enterprise / lines of business’ in supporting execution of operational initiatives and achieving enterprise goals.•Support community teams in execution and delivery of core HR processes across communities to promote consistency, transparency, and simplicity in execution.•Engage with Community HRD’s to support fair and consistent implementation of policies and procedures to effectively manage employee relationship(s).•Oversee start-up and stabilization of HR operations at new communities and coordinate resources, staffing, on-boarding, and leader enablement to support successful openings.•Provide leadership on performance management processes to include goal setting, calibration support, coaching, and performance improvement documentation to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency.•Deliver escalation leadership and oversight for complex employee relations matters to include investigations, corrective action, terminations, leave management, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and compliance line concerns.•Serve as a core culture carrier and enterprise leader, partnering with operational and HR teams to intentionally shape an inclusive, values-driven culture that drives employee engagement, belonging, and trust across communities.What you will need•Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience required•Internal community experience preferred•PHR / SPHR or equivalent certification a plusPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
