About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05/10 grade level or (NO-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Providing administrative services for the Division including personnel, budget, and procurement management; 2) Using directives management systems to gather, assemble and analyze data and propose recommendations; 3) Formulating, managing, tracking, and analyzing budgets; and 4) Performing studies and analyses of administrative policies and practices. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Major Duties: - You will provide budgetary, managerial, administrative, and analytical support concerning the duties, interests, and activities of the Directorate. - You will represent the ADOR on special assignments requiring continuing efforts to resolve. - You will use various budget tracking systems such as ERP and IMPS to establish and maintain databases. - You will manage and maintain fiscal and program records for the Directorate's Science and Technology programs and provides clear-cut factual information for program audits. - You will serve as a focal point for maintaining Directorate-wide personnel statistics. - You will provide summary materials for various high-level briefings by the ADOR to the Commanding Officer/Director of Research, the Chief of Naval Research, and Navy/Defense senior officials.
