About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating experience serving as a primary technical authority for large-scale industrial projects; 2) Interpreting complex technical drawings, applying regulations and design standards to ensure equipment installations do not disrupt operations; 3) Managing the full project lifecycle, including overseeing budgets, supervising professional staff, and directing contractor activities; and 4) Communicating complex information and delivering briefings to senior leadership. Major Duties: - You will oversee the team responsible for the procurement and installation of industrial plant equipment, ensuring all projects meet technical requirements, schedule, and budget allocations - You will plan and develop statements of work that minimize disruption of ongoing aircraft overhaul and maintenance activities. - You will make decisions in relation to scope, schedule, budget and contract recommendations to prevent conflicts, scope creep, contract modifications and work stops. - You will ensure that completed work meets contractual requirements, identifying any technical, safety and environmental issues for resolution. - You will serve as conduit for information regarding project activities and the affected building occupants. - You will be responsible for coordinating, coaching, facilitating, problem solving, integrating, and tasking of subordinates.
